Each pelide flashlight is made of aviation grade aluminum alloy with light weight and high hardness. Different from the barrel materials used by most manufacturers, most of pelide's flashlight shells are made at one time by CNC lathe. As the cylinder body is integrally formed without too many processing procedures, the produced flashlight has higher accuracy and mechanical strength, and can better deal with various harsh service environments (such as car rolling, falling from high altitude, etc.). In addition to using high-strength aluminum materials, all pelide torches are treated with military regulation three-level anodizing. The three-level oxidation treatment of military regulations can form a layer of high-strength protective film with hardness second only to diamond on the surface of aluminum alloy, which can effectively prevent the flashlight from being scratched, worn or corroded.
