In order to facilitate us to provide you with more satisfactory services and better protect your rights and interests. Please read the detailed rules carefully and keep your warranty card properly.
Detailed description:
1. The detailed rules are applicable to the lighting products and accessories of pelide brand. All palid products purchased through formal channels enjoy the free warranty or limited warranty after-sales service provided by the company.
2. We are sorry for all non pelide components installed by any organization or personnel. Jiangxi pelide Lighting Co., Ltd. will not bear its warranty liability.
3. Jiangxi pelide Lighting Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any additional commitments made by any organization and personnel to you on the products you purchased and their accessories in addition to this service commitment.
Warranty commitment:
1. (24 months) quality assurance of LED driving power supply and light source; Jiangxi pelide Lighting Co., Ltd. will provide a life-long limited warranty for pelide lighting products after the warranty period of more than 24 months. Only the cost of actual replacement materials will be charged, and no additional labor cost will be charged.
2. When the consumer is under warranty, contact the local dealer with the warranty card and purchase certificate, or call the 400-887-1773 after-sales service hotline directly. The postage arising from product replacement and maintenance shall be borne by the sender.
3. Repair caused by human factors: with the product warranty card, we can provide you with appropriate maintenance services. We only charge the actual cost of replacing materials without additional labor costs. All postage for maintenance shall be borne by the customer.
Under any of the following circumstances, you will not be entitled to free warranty service:
1. Conducting destructive tests on products without authorization.
2. Repair or change the product without authorization.
3. Failure or damage caused by incorrect or improper use, storage, maintenance or operation of the product not in accordance with the requirements of the manual.
4. Without valid warranty card and valid purchase certificate.
5. Other faults or damages not caused by quality problems of pelide (including components).
reminder:
1. If you need to guarantee the product, please contact palid customer service (leave a message on the website or call) to obtain the repair acceptance number (RMA) before sending the repaired product.
2. In order to ensure that you can obtain high-quality and fast after-sales service, please buy products from the dealer authorized by Jiangxi palide Lighting Co., Ltd. For products purchased from unauthorized dealers, our company will charge transportation costs and service costs when providing after-sales service.
Supplementary statement:
1. The appearance of the product is not covered by the warranty.
2. In case of any conflict between other regulations and rules related to after-sales service and these rules, these Rules shall prevail.
3. In case of any conflict between the contents of these detailed rules and national regulations, the national regulations shall prevail.
4. Jiangxi pelide Lighting Co., Ltd. reserves the right to revise and interpret these rules.
5. The detailed rules shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
